The St James Community Garden is organized and maintained by members of St James Anglican Church along with members of the wider community of Fenelon Falls.

The garden exists:

• to provide a community gathering space
• to provide gardening opportunities for those who do not have access to land
• to provide gardening opportunities for those who have access to land but who wish to learn to garden

The garden is supervised by members of the community who form a Garden Committee. The committee will have members from St James Anglican church in addition to members from the wider community. This Garden Committee makes decisions about the garden, including allocating finances and work.

A Garden Fee is collected by those who rent garden beds. Insurance, water and electricity are covered by St. James Anglican church.  The 2026 garden fee is $40.00 per plot.
